They were really quick to respond to my plumbing problem in our shower/tub. The technician (JR) responded to the plumbing problem that we had. He was very friendly and professional. Once I explained the problem we had he got right to work and fixed the plumbing issue within about 30 minutes. He explained what the problem was and left. He was very polite and professional. I highly recommend this Company. I have no complaints. Thanks

The service was great, but very disappointed in the call center. 1 hour wait to speak to someone. This is ridiculous. I was overcharged and I have to wait 1 hour to speak to someone to find out why. Not Happy!
