Fast, efficient, and keep you up to date
Our washer stopped working and the part was no longer available. They gave us a choice of replacing the washer or sending us a check so we could select one of our own.
Fast service, the only thing that kind of sucks is having to pay a $100 service fee whenever you need work done since the warranty service itself is not cheap. Beyond that, we have been happy. We had a pipe burst and our washing machine rebuilt by contractors for the company.
They sometimes don't know what the contractor has and has not done.
RESPONSIVE, CONVENIENT, WISH TRIP/CALL FEES WERE LOWER

I don't understand all the hate this company gets. This service is invaluable to me. My AC was fixed and my ice maker were replaced. If adding up the total cost, The peace of mind and professionalism of AHS is worth the price to me. I was recommend AHS by a friend, and I will recommend AHS to friends.
