I had a plumbing problem and it was repaired with 24 hours.
very hard to initially contact home shield, stayed on hold for 15 minutes, and the on line version refused to recognize my address or name. Finally found my account number and direct dial and got in contact with an agent.
Claims are processed in a timely manner and service has been very professional.
One of the best investment ever. We have an older home and at times have been hit with a home expense. Had we not had AHS, we would’ve had a different Christmas. We had AHS on three different homes we’ve owned, at various times. Prompt, experienced, and reliable service providers, as well as a manageable monthly cost. As I wrote above, one of the best investment we’ve made.
