Very Good service and on time fixed the first time
All services have been promptly addressed by AHS. I can suggest that they not use contractors that do not have full time office reception as if they do not perform the services correctly it takes a very long time to get them to notify AHS that they were not able to fix a problem. This delays a followup service from a replacement service provider.
Professional and rapid response. The assigned service company, Busy Bee Appliance, was oustanding. Arrive ahead of schedule and diagnosed issue with dryer and solved the issue in 20 minutes!! Awesome!!
I've had American Home Sheild for the last 11 years. Any issue I've had, I simply call or go online, report the issue, and within 24 hours, I'm notified by the technician the provide. AHS contacts me immediately after I contact them to set everything in place. Contractors come out, diagnosed problem, repaired if not replaced. I will continue to use this company as a home warranty.
