It has been over two weeks and I am still waiting on a part to come in is what I was told. This means that I can not wash my clothes at home. So now my wife is mad at me because she said that she told me not to get this service and I did. Saying that it sounded to good to be true.

No contractor assigned, I found a contractor, that had gone out the month before thru AHS, yet SUCH A HASSLE and MANY PHONE CALLS to AHS and took 5 days!!!!!

I am not happy right now because I have been without Air Conditioning for 3 weeks. I am told a part has been ordered, but nothing has happened yet. I am a senior with asthma. I was told by a AHS employee that a rush would be put on the order. Obviously that did not happen

They replaced my furnace and water heater but the contractor they sent didn't finish the job. Good luck talking to someone from AHS. I won't renew coverage next year because of this!

1. Repairs often take a long time to complete. If 30 days passes without the customer reaching out to AHS they will close the repair ticket without notifying customer. They will then demand the customer pay additional threshold fee to send contractor out to complete repair. IMHO my money will serve me better in a savings account. AHS is at best just a middle man between customer and contractor. They are little to no help when a contractor doesn't do satisfactory repairs.
