I wish I could give 0 stars. They wouldn't fix my oven because of a spider web. I thought I was paying for a warranty to fix /repair but I guess I paid for a warranty that don't repair and come up with Bogus excuses on why they don't do the repair. they told me that the contractor report said I had bugs, pests and spider webs, in the back of my stove on the main board well that was a lie the bugs & pests exaggerated my report from Vito at Aurora Appliance Repair didn't have anything about bugs and pests on it I have my invoi... read more

Never Fixed my toilet due to a bad service company ...called AHS over 20 times and bottom line - they gave me the run around without ever taking accountability. Terrible company PLEASE Stay away.

It's been over two months trying to resolve my issue. The service twos often cannot speak good English and make mistakes scheduling g the wrong service. The companies contracted to do my repairs are unresponsive to my and American home shields calls.

I paid the $100 fee for a plumber to come out several weeks ago and I have still not gotten a response on if the work will be covered.

I used AHS at my old address in Billings and 2 experiences were phenomenal. The contractors were fantastic and the process was easy. The 3rd experience was terrible. The locksmith didn't want to come out and said he no longer worked w/AHS b/c he wasn't getting paid. Working with online support took forever and in the end, after promising the locksmith would come out, he never did. It took 4 weeks to get a technician to come look at my stove. On May 17th AHS sent me an email to inform me they were sending a check for $617. The check has not arrived. The check is a week late getting to me as of yet. When will the check get here?

I never can speak to someone that understands my problem. They are all outsourced employees from other countries. They told me a problem would be taken care of and it never was.
They sent 4 different companies to fix my refrigerator over 4-month period, did not fix it and refused to reimburse me when I got it fixed

I feel like I shouldn't have to ask if my issue is an emergency. They should ask or have a box online for me to select emergency. I've had to call back and have an order resubmitted to the contractor as an emergency call.
