AHS sent me the information of who was going to hit my Air conditioner. It was triple digits 100 plus and the company they sent to me said I had to wait 7 days before they could come to look at it. I called and told AHS that was unacceptable there are seniors in this house and to send someone else. Know they want me to wait another 48hr before they come look at it. I had a horrible experience. I recently put a claim in for my whole house fan. It started great within two days A company by the name Jaeger came to check out fan. The guy looked at the fan for five minutes then said he would be in touch regarding the fan. He didn't say much more than that. About three days later I get an email from AHS warranty stating they WILL NOT COVER THIS ITEM. The whole reason I bought into this warranty was for things like this. The tech Karl, was pleasant and thorough. He said The panel was gone and had to be replaced and would order one. Further stating it would take about a week for the panel to be received. Browsing through my emails today, I had received notice the case had been closed. I immediately called AHS and learned the case had been denied due to pest damage. I was devastated. I have been dealing with a pool problem for almost 5 months - the contractor that American Home Shield hired messed up the work and now no one will take responsibility! Bad Bad Bad Business American Home Shield!!
