My dryer appointment was canceled twice. Yet I was the one that had to go to their website to reschedule. Ridiculous, I wasted days taken off from work. AS withdrew the money from my account and yet the contractor has yet to do the work. In addition, without authorization the contractor shipped parts to my home which is an inconvenience to me . I'm stuck with parts yet this contractor is the only one that can use these parts according to An American Shields Associate. Its been a very negative experience .
I don't mind the 54.00$ a month, but the 100$ cost per problem is a bit much. It started out at 75$ when I started with them, but now the cost is higher. Sometimes the company is right on top of the problem, other times it takes several calls and the company coming out will easily take one to two weeks to schedule a visit time.

2.5 months, still not done. No one there returns Phoenix calls.

Support staff has no authority to solve customer issues. Very apologetic but apologies do not solve problems. When escalated up to a supervisor he was equally inept at providing a satisfactory solution to my problem.
They did not cover an issue that was listed as being covered. Trying to get any claim covered is a battle.

i've already told you clowns this but i'll say it again - you have people working for you who do NOT understand english or know how to respond properly . ME: Can you look up old records based on who offered service YOU: I like turtles. That's almost a direct f'n translation. It's so bad, that when i call, when i'm convinced the person on the other side isn't all there (it takes seconds to determine this, after asking a simple question), I just hang up and hope to get someone who knows english and how to answer questions.
