the part that was needed for my refrigerator took 3 weeks to get to the company performing the repair, and now that company cannot come to install it for another week. that is unacceptable to be without a refrigerator this long

Delay in coming for first visit, 4 days after refrigerator broke. Then 2 weeks later part arrived and was installed the next day. Much too long.

Expensive and they don't cover many things every time you pay 100$ and if is going to cost more they will tell you it is not covered by plan.

Watch out! AHS engages in possible fraud. Charges a service fee, sends contractor, contractor leaves without an estimate, then contractor and AHS demand out of pocket fees under unspecified upgrades and modifications. on 8/10, AHS charged me for AC locking caps - they were never installed and AC failed again. I send them emails and pictures, they refused to reimburse or repair. Telling me I need to call again and pay another fee.

central air has yet to be resolved. Living in 100+ weather, I have multiple sclerosis the heat wears me down.

You know I've had you for years, first in AZ now both AZ and OR. Last year I had a plumbing problem. Because Brookings, OR is so small and doesn't have a over abundant of plummets you had me call my choice of a plummer. I followed all the directions, having the plummer call you to get approved, he gave me an invoice, I took a picture sent it via email to the address I was given and never got reimbursed. It was over $300.00. Not for nothing it has left a bitter taste in my mouth. It's very uncool when I had to front the cost.... read more

Vendors selected are are very small and hard to get in contact with, cannot be used for emergency situations since service request assignment, fulfillment, and scheduling takes 24 hours. Had to pay $2k out of pocket for pipe issue that should have been covered under warranty and there is no option file for partial fund reimbursement
