The Representative was very nice and she gave me the correct answer
Air conditioner went out during a particularly hot day. I requested American Home Shield send some soon. They expedited my request. And the company Air Design quickly diagnosed a broken fan blade. They returned about an hour or so later and replaced both the old motor and the broken blade. They were efficient, friendly and "went beyond the call of duty" to help me. I thank them for their quick work.
