Refrigerator stopped cooling. Service call immediately next day. AHS let me know it had to be replaced and a new one was immediately ordered and installed.

They are okay. I have had equal good and bad experiences over the years of using them. They attempt to get out of paying on the policy with loopholes and if you don't know enough, you can lose your money.

The warranty companies should rate the companies they sent out. A lot of these companies attempt tell you that you need a different repair and that the warranty company doesn't cover it and you have to pay out of pocket. I have been a loyal customer for many years and have encountered many different experiences. this happens quite often, leaving the consumer with no solutions.

All the representatives are courteous and helpful. However, there must be a communication gap in contacting the contractors. It took 6 tries to send the right contractor to fix my air-conditioner.
