I have had some repairs done quickly for fair cost but others that took over a month to repair, repair was bad as well as a repair where I was ripped off paying over $300 out of pocket for a simple doorbell repair.
I think what ever appliances you gave you should send that tech that is trained for that particular brand.

1. I want to be able to see every service order I placed; add a history; 2. some of the sub-contractors share their difference in service under the various home warranty services and AHS don't come out favorably, depending on the service order, from replacing an appliance to replacing parts on a item; 3. Collect the deductible after the service instead of up front, because it's a little challenge to get it back, due to circumstances; that's enough.

The service person that was sent to us was the best, Ronnie from Heritage air and heat did a really great job fixing our problem, such honest and great guy overall.
