A problem arose and I contacted AHS, they sent my request to the vendor and they sent the tech to solve the problem.
You have to be very careful of what you ask for Words your words correctly because how you say it a lot of times you don't get what you think you want to get

The service is great, what I don’t like is some of the lack of coverage! For example, I have a well and my sewerage is a septic tank. Both things not covered! I actually have a completely separate home warranty company to cover those components. I do like AHS, but I will not be renewing my home warranty with AHS. Another thing I want to mention is there are some preventative services offered which is great, but I would like to see part of those services to include AC deep cleaning and sanitation.

Scheduled quickly, all technicians extremely knowledgeable and professional. No wasted time in effecting repairs and provided advice on how to correct issues that could reduce problems later! Outstanding service offered through the use of Home Shield services.
