It is nice to have you but I thing there could be some improvement made on the part of the repair people. One technician came and basically told me to get a plumber to take care of the problem. The problem was not fixed and I have no clue what to tell the plumber to do!
Technician was quick and courteous. Homeshield was very efficient I. Placing my work order. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a home plan.
The technician was prompt, professional and efficient. I can’t remember the last time I was so impressed with someone who took so much pride in their work!
The young man assigned to my case by the provider did a good job in installing the hot water heater, and the new plumbing he installed seems to be correct. He needs electrical training, however, as there was an ungrounded wire at the to of the heater unit.
Service tech was on time and very professional.
I am so happy to hear that I will be receiving a new microwave due to my old unit being deemed unrepairable. American Home Shield made the process effortlessly easy, I will recommend them to all my family and friends.
