The contractor was great and they always are. The customer service for AMS is not very good. I get a script answer and the language barrier makes it even more frustrating when you are trying to get heat or air. It took way too long and too many calls for service
I have used my AHS plan several times within the past 3.5 years and I have never been disappointed with the quality of their repair vendors. AHS makes it very easy to report a claim, they are super responsive and their communication is great because they provide you with updates, advise who will be contacting you and coming to your home to complete the repair. The plan is comprehensive and affordable!
This is a terrific service! We bought an older home last March. We have used the service numerous times for various needs. They have ALWAYS delivered. Best investment ever!
Quick initial response and good staff. Technician was competent and timely.
We use AHS for our two homes. It is extremely helpful for our vacation home as it is remote and so helpful to have AHS to call for issues! They have been great!

American Home Shield is great, knowing I just have to log an issue and they'll send someone out to look at it is such a relief when there's a million other things to juggle in life. My most recent experience has not been that great. Our oven has been giving us issues preheating so we requested service in February. The first guy to come out did the best he could by himself and said he'd have to come back with someone else to help him so we rescheduled.
