I like the idea they did work with me on my some of my issues ....I was satisfied with them and i would recommend due to their promptness in doing all they can to address my concerns
Filing a claim and starting the process is great however, the time it takes to receive service repair takes way too long . I filed a claim 6:12/22 for my hot water heater. Today, on 6/24/22 they are supposed to replace it. Seriously, TWO WEEKS without hot water!!!!

What i liked about American Home Shield is that it's easy to put in a claim. What i dislike like was that we had the air conditioner tech come out multiple times last summer for the same issue.
Because you guys are a good brand. Plus you've been in business for a long time so you already have the model set in stone. Your reps are courteous, respectful, empathetic, prompt and professional. I've had AHS for many years and each time I have to interact with you guys, I am never disappointed or let down. I talk to many people who have similar companies they go through for the same service but when I line up what I get, compared to what their insurance provides, they come up short!! I have had many experiences some good and some not so good. But recently , I was lucky and found a couple of people who have gone above and beyond. So I feel the need to give a 5 for all the hard work and commitment that was made on my behalf . I can't thank Jennifer and Demy and whoever was most recently involved with my case.
