I was very impressed with how quickly I was able to engage AHS to start the process of repairing my air conditioner. However, the team who arrived to fix my AC advised me they had to confer with AHS before they could make the repair. Fine, so far. Then I received a survey asking me how AHS had performed (much like this one). I now have an appointment to have my AC repaired one week from today.
