Timely,professional and he knew the problem quickly
The experience was great except when scheduling my appointment with Dockside Plumbing they said they could not schedule a time for the following week which would have been better for me because it would have been my day off. Instead, I was told they had to schedule it right away because they are on a strict time frame to get the job completed. Very good service
Our washer drained out into our laundry room. We placed a service call and a technician came out at the scheduled time. He made the repair and we were back in business. A few weeks later we had another issue with the washer that was quickly resolved. It gives us peace of mind for our covered appliances. I am glad we have the coverage.
Tech arrived on time. Resolution of problem was fast. We have needed to use AHS a few time and it’s always been a positive experience.
This experience was easy fast.. The repairs made in a timely manner.
The tech for US air service was very efficient in analyzing the problem with our central air system and quickly made the repairs and had functioning in less than 15 minutes. Mario the tech was very courtesy and professional. The experience with the AHS contact rep. was a great experience since the person took my information and quickly took charge of scheduling the service for us. Thanks to all.
