AC was out for a week. Unit was repaired in one day once repairman arrived.
I interacted with two different service providers. The first one came out to assess the water heater and determined quickly that a part needed to be replaced. He did not have the part with him on his service vehicle further, he contacted his home office and determined they also did not have the part on hand and so it would have to be ordered.
