Warranty came with the house purchase. Used it 3 times, for re-key of house keys, service on clothes washer, and leaking sewer pipe. I expect that all together, these 3 services would have cost more than the warranty, but I did not see the cost for the service, so I have no way to judge. Accessing the service was easy and the contractors responded quickly to issues.

they solved all my home warranty issues quickly and the vendors (repair people) that have come are top notch. They always cover their shoes and explain things in simple terms.
Submitting a work order is so easy and getting something out is as well.
I received a quick response and my request for a plumber was processed quickly.
