I made $70 payment to AHS and it is not reflected on my account. AHS placed my contract as "past due" even when I already made the payment a month ago. I called AHS for Duct Work on 11/23/2020 and I was charged a $75 service fee. The duct work was never repaired. I complained to AHS about this because they selected a vendor with less than a 2 star rating on different rating agencies. AHS ignored my complaint and never repaired the duct work. Haven't heard from anyone, said the would replace furnace been 2 weeks no one contact me
Horrible interaction with each agent we had. We were set up with a vendor that was out of range and not on the vendor list, when there’s one within range and was use the previous year. 2 weeks hours on the phone with no air conditioning in 100 plus degree weather, since each agent insisted on using a vendor that’s not on the list anymore. Had to call at 5:30 am to get an agent within 30 minutes of calling instead of hours, to have to fight with her to listen. They give you wrong information and do anything just to get you off the line
Even though the last experience we had with a contractor was satisfactory, we have not had the best experience with the contractors sent to our home. We have also had to wait for long periods of time for problems to be solved with little help from American Home Shield.

Horrible company!! They do not care about their customers. Be ready to wait hours to get any customer service person to help you. Be ready to wait days and weeks to have a company they contract with to come look at the problem, only to not resolve it. We ended up having to go through outside authorization, followed all of AHS rules that they told us only to say they were denying it due to cost. So I've paid over $1,600 this year to have AHS cover 2 properties i own to now have to pay $2000 for something they say they will co... read more
