AHS has poor follow with customers. Also, they charge customers before the work is completed.

When there is a problem customer cannot talk to someone in department whose responsible for work being performed so becomes very challenging sometimes to get work done. Have to go through too many people.

Prompt service however we had repeated issues with the refrigerator that was eventually replaced but we had to spend nearly 2 months without a refrigerator in the house while 3 different companies came and checked it. There’s no method to escalate an urgency and customers service never called back even though they promised to call back with a quick resolution many times

Scam Alert, THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST! They do everything to deny your claim. I have 3 homes covered by AHS. I have not used them until one of my A/C units started leaking while on A/C. First, lets talk about the 1 to 3 hour wait times. UNREAL but TRUE. They sent Relaxed Heating and air out who did everything to get my claim declined. I had to fight my case with AHS for hours and finally found out that they would not replace an air gap in the exit pipe, PVC pipe, a 30 cent PVC pipe. I wish I could give a ZERO star review. This is one sketchy outfit. I literally have spoken to 9 different people to resolve my denied claim issue and sent screenshots of my agreement to them. Still denied. Be careful the salespeople are very sweet and nice but try and file a claim and you are in denial hell. STAY AWAY FROM THEM IT IS A SCAM! If you have a claim they charge you to send someone out to tell you they won't cover it.

Getting to talk to a representative should not take 1 hr. and 20 min. on hold- this is unacceptable!!!!!
