This company has fallen apart in 2020. I’ve been a customer for 10 years with 3 homes and now I call with a claim and have been getting the run around for 5 months. The repair guy who came said the issue can’t be repaired for less than replacing the entire unit and that he’d recommend a cash out. I’ve been waiting and waiting, calling and calling and the response I’ve been getting is “oh yes, we sent your info to the cash out department, they will call you with the amount.” I asked to talk to a supervisor when I haven’t hear... read more

It took over five months to resolve a refrigerator issue. If I called AHS I needed to allot at least an hour for the call as customer service is incredibly slow.

Took to long, took out my deductible ASAP but took almost to weeks to fix my water heater

Long time customer but their prices have gone up and their service has gone the opposite direction. It takes hours or sometimes days to get thru to their outsourced customer service. They don’t cover a lot of the expenses. They make it really hard to cancel and want to charge an “admin fee” to cancel. The subcontractors are often shoddy.

Waiting over a month to have Refridgerator repaired. Refusal of customer service to let you speak with a supervisor for resolution. No way to contact corporate headquarters

Would love to give zero stars. This company is GARBAGE. I have been lied to for LITERALLY six months. They put you on hold for 10, 20, even 30 minutes. That’s after the 30 minutes it takes to get through to an agent. I wish I was lying. I’ve called them at least 20 times in the past six months and they promise over and over and over that THIS is the time someone in a higher department will be returning our call. Never once. Have issue with HVAC repair and has difficulty understanding the customer service representative e. I asked to be called back by the manager and have heard nothing. When I called in the wait time was also over an hour.

Still waiting for service. They allow people to go without hot water service for several days. Don't waste your money on this service.
