So far they are tops in some services such as major appliance repair and replacement. But not all local contractors are created equal. We recently hit a dead end when the assigned contractor could not complete the work and was not returning our calls. I called AHS to request a different contractor and was told that one was my only option. After 4 years of broker pool heater - they continue to throw parts at it and STILL NOT WORKING. What a lousy company to deal with.... Time and parts spent trying to fix this thing over the years far out weight the cost of replacing the heater. Do yourself a favor and find another warranty co - they could not care less about us a a customer!

They will send out a technician to repair an appliance multiple times, while charging a $75 service charge every time, when they should just replace it. That happened to us with our air conditioning unit. It had a Freon leak, and for that reason alone it should have been replaced! But they just kept sending technicians out to refill.

the company that came to fix my AC tried to rip me off they said I needed a new compressor and falsified pictures. the unit was fine I had my own 2nd opinion to look at the AC and it was only the fuses that were bad the compressor was fine.
