It is just not what the promise you to do! Their customer service is in a different country that they have no idea what they talk about!

I am sadden by what has happen to the company. I remember when t hey cane out did the work and then got paid. Moe they get paid after the first 5 minutes of the call and come out when they get ready. They have contractor in there pool with history's of not having good customer service and then they to hold you hostage by telling you that you can't change the contractor once you have been assigned one. The company - A US Air was sent to my home to do my AC work. Very unprofessional and I think they actually broke my compressor. The AHS rep that I spoke with didn’t really seem to care about their sub-par work of the fact that they left exposed wires and a hole in my sheet rock!

Terrible service coming from AHS and contractor AC Mechanic. It’s been almost a week waiting to hear from Contractor. Called AHS on several occasions reporting about Contractor not responding to my phone calls.

NIGHTMARE. It has taken them 4 months to assess a simple shower leak and it is still not solved. First, they tried to tell us it was a different issue that wasn't covered, so we went to get a second opinion outside of AHS, which diagnosed a different (and ultimately correct) issue, and we went back to AHS to have their "second opinion" contractor come out and confirmed that the independent contractor we hired was indeed correct.
