Timely Co ta t with contractor, who intern followed up within 24hrs ansceduled an appointment in 24 hrs. Contractor arrived in time work dine on a reasonable amount of time. Cleaned up afterwards. Problem resolved. Would use Budget again for it her work not covered under home warranty.

Awesome. Our tech was Brad and he was great. Our contact with AHS was as sharp as you can get. Very good experience.
I’m frustrated that my warranty won’t cover repairs or replacements for items that are normal wear and tear but because present when we purchased the house aren’t covered. It just seems like it’s designed to have a loophole so that AHS doesn’t have to actually pay for anything. Im just glad I could get my service fees back since nothing is going to be covered.
The person that was here was very knowledgeable and very friendly.
Great experience this time everytime is different because in Texas the plan differs from other states so sometimes it gets frustrating.
Very professional and got to the root of the problem quickly.
