The service was good and fast. The concern is that I had to pay $100 for his service. When I spoke with you before I signed in. The costumer service rep told me that I ONLY have to pay monthly, no extra payments for service or replacement if needed. Please call me. AHS responded promptly to our AC emergency and paid the covered amount, but the company they recommended did a poor job and we are still having follow-up appointments to fix things they did wrongg.
