No issues so far, only used service once but it was easy, fast, and the repair completed in a timely manner.

Overall our experience with AHS has been good. They are a lot easier to work with than our last home warranty company. We are having trouble currently concerning a water problem created by (what we know now is the shut off valve to our first floor bathroom sink faucets. When I called in the to make a claim for service (in a panic as the bathroom surrounding area as well as the basement below were flooded with water) I happened to say the word faucet and that is all the agent heard.
