I placed a work order on a Sunday and I received a call from the repair company the same day. It was not an emergency but the repair company scheduled an appointment ob Tuesday. Excellent service.

Requested repair for water heater. AMS didn't cover noises, which was why I requested repair. Turns out that the water heater had never been flushed and there was so much sediment that it wasn't even possible to flush. Had to replace the water heater with no help from AMS.

I’ve never had a problem getting a hold of someone to talk me through what my next steps were. I’m also grateful that I haven’t had to call often over the past 10 years.

When service contractors are available in my area, service has been prompt and efficient. Sometimes the wait and/approval for service contractors in rural areas has been long"but AHS has always come through in the end.

I had to wait long periods of time to have subs come out and for American Home Shield to approve parts.
