Came quickly, right on time, did the work promptly and successfully.
I have been able to get home repairs done in a timely manner. Some repair companies have to be called back to review problem again by different maintenance worker.
Recently we had some issues with our frig and AHS took care of it
Went online and put the A/C service request in. Had a company assigned to the issues within a day or so. Was very satisfied with the service person, resolution to the issue, and speed with which it was resolved. Same results I got when my washing machine had issues under this warranty. Couldn't ask for more than that.
The service provided was good and professional concerning the initial contact. I’m still waiting to select the replacement microwave since it could not be repaired.

Logged the problem online. Problem is checked out by the technician the next day and two days after my water heater was replaced. Everything went very smoothly.
I had a water heater that went out. Contacted AHS and was able to get the appliance replaced satisfactorily in about 1 day . AHS kept me informed of each step of the process .
