There was a communication disconnect but once that was rectified my appt was scheduled and the contractor was timely, courteous and knowledgeable.

I have been a customer for over 7 years with several different properties. Money well spent. Great service. Customer call center could be better if it was in the US. I believe it is over seas. That's the only downfall
