The first tech came to my house 12-22-17 a determined that my 13 year old fridge should be replaced. AHS wanted a second opinion. The second Tech (from another company) came out in January and made the same determination. It’s 2-8-18 and I still don’t have a working fridge. I CAN NOT and WILL NOT recommended AHS to anyone. The independent techs were helpful but my experience with AHS Corporate has been terrible. I tried to call their 800 Number and the projected wait was 64 minutes! I hung up the phone
Absolutely the worst company I've ever used. There was never less than a 45 min wait time for customer service to answer. Many times the phone rang dozens of times without anyone ever answering. The only way I could ever reach AHS is by selecting the option on the automated service to pay a bill. The company they sent (Boss Electric) were incompetent and extremely rude.
