If you have 1-2 hours to waste listening to canned music this is your company! They have the most incompetent contractors I have ever dealt with. No follow up; no guaranty and parts are eternally on-order. Stay AWAY from this one!

Oct. 15 2017 called AHS (placed on hold 47min)advised AHS rep. refrigerator out of service and still is(Dec. 5 2017)waiting for parts

AHS rep lie to you, the person they contract has to wait for them to send part b4 they can fix Issue. Also these people who come to fix your issue try to get you to pay out of pocket for something that’s covered. Very fustrating. I got AHS for peace of mind not agracvation tired of all the lies and crappy people they contract .

We have spa coverage. Spa quit working. I called everyday for a week. Call center would not accept calls due to high volume. I emailed a supervisor. She referred me to another who lost my claim. She then assigned my claim to a company that doesn’t service my brand. Took a few weeks to get it all resolved. I had America First warranty last time and had no problems for 5+ years with a few claims. Probably wouldn’t use AHS again. Poor customer service - unreasonable delays etc. Maybe I’m just that rare exception.

Very disappointed with AHS. I’ve used AHS for many years and have policies with them on two homes right now, but will definitely be moving to a new company. They have happily accepted my payments every month for years, but now when it is their turn to perform they have failed miserably. Recently my 5 ton furnace died and the technician AHS sent out said it had to be replaced and that AHS would cover the cost of the unit, installation and the rebuild of the platform; however, what happened is that they ONLY want to pay $435 .... read more

Currently experiencing errors in the billing department. A service was cancelled and billed regardless. The payment has since been reimbursed but emails requesting payment and threats of lapse in services are still being received. Customer service has been contacted a week ago and no reply had been made to date tho resolve the issue.

Absolutely terrible service all the way around! Do not waste your money! Hold times on the phone of well over an hour, refusal to pay invoices, then hung up on when asked to speak with a supervisor after waiting on hold for 70 minutes, the rep I spoke with could not even tell me the date an invoice was supposedly paid.

I paid for service and the person sent said there was nothing they could do. A week later I had someone in and they fixed the issue within 5 minutes. I would like my money back.
