NICE carrying employee, set me up quick and fast
AHS was very responsive and professional
Because they did an excellent job in fixing my plumbing issue.
When my ac was not working they had someone one within a day or so. When my water heater went out over a week went by and still had not found a vendor to come look at it.
How it was so easy to make a claim! Customer service was most helpful & pleasant!
I had some problems solved but ended up calling people back to correct things after their five star rating was given. I had requested the creepy plumber guy not to come back to my home and they contracted him at least 2 more times. He never fixed anything. The people that did didn't do it correctly and had to be called back out. American Home Shield provide me a good service every time a have an issue in my home. I call them and I received prompt answer and solutions.
I never have a problem with them. I call or email the next day I get a call from AHS telling me who will be calling and they call usually same day and schedule my appt. I have never had any issues with any of the ones they have sent. I think they are GREAT!
