Overall the peace of mind that having a home warranty brings is very helpful. My only issue is that the package price that I have just went up $25 per month and I've rarely used the services. I know that I've been fortunate, however, AHS has gotten much more money from me than I have utilized in repairs or services. So to have my monthly cost go up is a bit of a struggle. It does seem as though the vendors that AHS has been using recently are much more reliable than in the past which is a great plus.

While I'm scared to not have the home warranty, I know that I'm *definitely* losing money, which isn't a good feeling.
The things I love about American Home Shield is the process to make a claim is extremely easy. The value is mind blowing and the representatives are amazing. Every one I had the pleasure of working with during my process made me feel like more than a customer.
