My experience with Oasis Pools was fantastic. The AHS agents are very good, but they need more authority to do things or they need to understand it is no reflection on them if I have to talk to a supervisor because they are not authorized to do what I need.

The technician arrived promptly, and rendered very professional service. He identified the problem immediately, and fixed it. Then he checked out the exterior unit, and topped up the freon. I appreciate his work very much.
