I have filed 2 claims since I have been a customer. On both times, American home shield has delivered on their promise. Problems I have had with my pool pumps have been handled effectively to meet my standards.

Asked AHS for the free A/C service offered. Contacted the Contractor assigned. I requested an appointment for any day May 1st through the 3rd to correspond with my schedule and was sent a message that I would be contacted to set the appointment up. No contact was made as of this writing.

The rate has gone up every year since I have purchased it. They renew my policy at a higher rate with out my approval.
Easy set up. Contractor arrived ontime. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. Very affordable.
