The plumber was quite prompt even though he had a ways to travel to get to our house. He was courteous and successful in unclogging the line.

The service fee did not match the work. The people who serviced my plumbing we're good and thorough. However, I paid $100 for them to come in and make small adjustment that took about 90 seconds.
