AHS makes it easy to file a claim and get whatever it is fixed. Being in a rural area sometimes it's hard for AHS to find a contractor or service representative to come fix what needs to be fixed, so being able to work with AHS and getting a prior authorization to seek for service repair allows us to get our appliances fixed in a timely manner. Plus the contractors that do come out for AHS are professional and courteous.

The speed of AHS dealing with a claim is outstanding. However, one of the contractors they sent to me over a month ago still hasn't set a time for the work to be done. Not necessarily on AHS but it led to the 4 star rating rather than 5.

Excellent service. I have had so many issues that they have resolved quickly and efficiently. Air conditioner, hot water heater, pool pump, etc. I am very pleased.
