AHS is service delivery is very prompt. However when I call in sometimes I connect with agents who give misinformation when it comes to policy around device recalls.
American Home Shield is currently working with very qualified service providers, such as On Point Plumbing and Heating. That is really helpful because the service provider communicates well and does a great job.
It has been a mix of experiences with AHS. These experiences include having to follow up multiple times regarding incorrect billing, having to follow up to get a contractor to come back out after they did not complete a job, and still never having my A/C unit replaced.
No hassle, replaced washing machine at today comparable prices.
Still waiting on a comparable replacement dishwasher - The recommended dishwasher is available at Lowes (cost replacement recommendation) - but not through your GE program - so I's more than a month waiting
