AHS has always been easy to deal with. The only issue I have is the delay time in the vendor getting the parts to complete the repairs.

Guy seemed knowledgeable, professional, but I have the same issue/problem. Thermostat sey at 72, can only cool to 78ish when it is hot outside. Other people don't have this problem just because it is very hot out.
