Took 4 weeks to get repair done. Also raised my current monthly rate from $56 to $70 when you buy the same package on line for $59 a month

There was some extra red tape in getting a kitchen sink faucet replacement installed, but I also had a shower faucet repaired and overall I had a good experience. The plumber that was assigned was very good and great to work with.

AHS makes it easy to file a claim and get whatever it is fixed. Being in a rural area sometimes it's hard for AHS to find a contractor or service representative to come fix what needs to be fixed, so being able to work with AHS and getting a prior authorization to seek for service repair allows us to get our appliances fixed in a timely manner. Plus the contractors that do come out for AHS are professional and courteous.
