It took me 2 phone calls to try and make someone understand my situation. Hot water spewing out of my wall like old faithful didn’t seem to be a priority. Then when I got the hot water shut off I was getting pushed off until Monday or Tuesday until it would be fixed since the leak happened on a Friday night. Numerous plumbers around me with 24 hour and weekend service and American home shield uses a plumber that won’t answer the phone for emergencies.
