The response from assigned contractors is great. The contractors are professional and doing fast job. The only issue I can see there is no coordination from Home Shield. They wait until they receive work done by contractors where they do not communicate with the home owner.

I got quick service for a very serious, timely issues but I found many things about my pool are not covered by AHS
