I highly recommend American Home Shield. The customer service is great and so are some of the contractors who services the homeowners. If you have a home, please get one of their warranty packages. It's worth every dollar. .
We had an issue with our furnace. We were not happy with the first contractor but after reaching out to AHS, they quickly got us another opinion and they fixed the issue timely and had great communication.

Very fast as to assigning my problem to an company
Service tech arrived when expected, evaluation timely by AHS, and new frig ordered quickly. Fully satisfied so far but awaiting delivery which is on the way.
Service was done once the part was ordered and arrived. Usually the turn around fro. The time the service is requested until complete is only a day or 2. This time it took a week.
Problem with my A/C Unit was resolved in a timely manner
