Response from AHC was quick, however in the past I was directed to 2 contractors that were seriously deficient with service.

I'm am never truly disappointed with AHS they always come through with the best service. I have had some idiot service people no fault of AHS, but they rectified the issue and I will be a forever membe.
AHS is prompt in contacting a contractor who will resolve the problem.
Helpful customer service ,Knowledgeable, explained options for replacement.
The person I spoke to was very nice patient and took her time to make sure I understood what she was saying
