The reasonable monthly rate is a small price to pay for coverage on my home and appliances. Year after year, AHS has paid for itself by saving me money on the unexpected repairs.

I think ahs needs more reliable plumbers. You shouldn't have to jump through so many hoops to get reimbursed when you have the okay to hire an outside contractor.
Quick response in getting vendors to inspect the issue and quick resolve
The coverage is ok, the ability to file your claim online is the best bc talking with customer service is the worst
