Service is usually prompt and professional. I had one repair issue that took a long time to resolve but AHS took care of it in the end.

Tune up was completed successfully a few items were pointed out so created another work order and the outcome was successful.
American Home Shield did everything they could to acquire the correct and additional information from the contractor they needed to authorize our claim! It was three weeks before they were able to obtain it! I called them and the contractor almost every day and got nothing but a run around from the contractor and American Home Shield did all they could on their end! I think American Home Shield is a good company and always responds quickly!
