They have been very helpful and responsive to issues as they arose
the young man that serviced my oven was great and professional. within 30 minutes he had found the problem and fixed it.
The technician was at my house in a timely manner, very professional, pleasant. He diagnosed the problem and advised me on the solution and future upkeep.

They are so prompt on getting the work done
I subscribed to American Home Shield almost one year ago. I filed 4 claims with AHS, and they responded quickly. I thought they might reject them because I was a fairly new subscriber, but they quickly took the information and within a couple of days, appropriate contractors called to schedule the appointments. VERY IMPRESSIVE! I applaud AHS for their commitment and integrity in honoring their policies.

A representative helped me to submit my sales receipt for our new microwave when I was having great difficulty.
I like they act really quick to fix our leakage. This was very important since we recently became homeowners and finding issues it’s not what you expect but AHS was there to help us out.
