AHS made it easy to make a claim, All Around appliance was prompt with calling and scheduling a time to come to the house, they were very flexible when I needed to schedule a couple of hours later in the day. What takes the longest is AHS approving the parts and getting them ordered, it’s beyond me why that part should take a week! Once the parts were in again All Around was speedy with the actual repair.

They got a repair out to our house soon after I put a claim in! I still waiting to hear from them about what their doing about my the part for my fridge. The repairman said where he looked the part was discontinued.

Understand, AHS has been wonderful and has helped me tremendously as I age and I’m a home owner… they have helped me not get overwhelmed being a home owner but there is still room for improvement thus , me writing this because of my latest situation with my built in microwave. I had to be in the phone with some wonderful people but still, fixing this microwave has been extensive and I’m having to hire a carpenter and spray paint my trim kit so it matches the other glossy black appliances in my remodeled kitchen from 2014
