Timely and professional
Both agents that I spoke with were very helpful. The first one listened to my little problem and directed me to the nicest lady. She listened to my problem with ordering refrigerator. She ordered it for me bc I was clueless how to order. My day was so good!!
Everything was smooth from the service call request to the contractor appointment and the part they fixed. I love AHS!!! They have been very attentive this year with all my requests. Who knew house would need so many repairs?
The technician was very helpful and respectful. He had great knowledge of my washer and explained what we need to do to prevent the same thing from happening again.
