Service was scheduled quickly. Initial visit by plumber but issue not resolved. Still waiting for return visit to be scheduled 12 days later.

The claims have been approved but they raised my monthly service fee from about $65 when I first opened the service to $80 and now my deductible went up to $100. I feel I'm being gouged a little. That's not very pleasant.
