I would rate them a 4 star company because they have improved the quality of the companies they contract with and they do mostly handle service requests quickly, within 24hrs. I am currently dealing with a service request problem but it is moving forward, that being the reason for the loss of a star.

Overall all claims were completed successfully, though sometimes the communication (or miscommunication) between AHS and the contractors slowed down processes. The monthly cost rose too high for me to continue using AHS, but otherwise I had few complaints.
