Thy were very easy to contact and contractor quickly and efficiently installed new hot water heater! We have had AM Home Shield for over 17 years at 2 different homes! Very satisfied!

Put in a request for service on Thanksgiving Day received email assigning a com on Friday morning and called at 9:15am on Friday and the company had our issue resolved before 5pm.

I give the rating of "mostly good" because scheduling service calls has been just that - mostly good. Most service appontments have been timely, but several have been lengthy, beyond what I consider reasonable.
