They do not always provide the best repair option. Example: If the request is urgent, they still give repair dates too far out. I.e. weeks later. I have often contacted service outside of my AHS contract

I've had excellent service at times, where the contractor shows up does the work and we're all happy. I've had contractors in here that don't finish a job because AHS has decided this ice maker is not covered (

The serviceman had a difficult time trying to diagnose the a/c issue but he stayed with it until he figured it out. The installers were on time and worked really hard for 5 hours to get it installed. They were really nice and respectful of the property.
