Always come through if I have a problem with any appliances
I had a washer and a dryer to be fixed and they fixed them. They came back a few times and fixed them. They did not give up until it is resolved!
Every time something has broken down, they have had a repairman out the very next day! If it needed to be replaced it was done in a very timely manner! I highly recommend American Home Shield!!
I had fast service, the technicians were very nice and everything to me.
The service technician was right on time and very polite. He wore shoe protectors in our home as soon as he saw the shoe rack at out front door. He was quick and efficient. My LG washer/ dryer combo has been working great since he fixed it.
Issues are quickly taken care of. I had an HVAC issue that was taken care of Rather quickly. Very satisfied with American Home Shield
Communication and availability was good. Diagnosis and solve were bad. I'm now out $600 for a faucet replacement that could have been just cleaned out.
