We have subscribed for years and for 3 or 4 homes over those years. AHS has lived up to their commitments. Sometimes the contractor has not been experienced enough to identify and fix the root problem but, ultimately, our issues have been resolved.

While the service eventually gets done, things are more complicated than they need to be. I've been waiting since June 15th to get my ice maker fixed. It's July 10th now... again, it's an ice maker...
I love American Home shield! First time home owners i recommended 10/10! In our first 60 days we had appliance die! AHS replaced it they offered a gift card but it was much easier and convenient for the tech to bring it and install it! We love it it’s worth the monthly premium!

2 poor contractors one of whom I had to call back to fix their mistake and pay again!2nd experience ( July) was also not great! Good results with earlier electricians. We'll see how it goes next time!

We have been with AHS for 19 years. Every year the monthly fee goes up and so does the service fee. We recently found out, that a new customer can get a better plan for less money than the plan we have. We were told that we would have to wait until our contract was up and not renew it. Then wait a month and sign up for a new plan. Way to take care of your long time customers AHS!!!

We have utilized American Home Shield for a couple of items and overall have been very satisfied with the service and outcomes of the work done. Wish they would have more tradesmen from the local area, but those that have come to service our account have done good work.

When they told me that I needed a new septic tank and drain field I was extremely upset, but I figured it would be covered. Is there anything you can do for me?
