Exceptional customer service and such a great service to their customers. We have enjoyed the ease of use of the app and have only had positive experiences when filing a claim.
Quick response. The problem was resolved in two days.
My experience has been great so far. The only complaint I have is the inability to email customer service. I do not always have time to wait on hold or spend a lot of time talking to customer service.
We have had American Home Shield for many years. In our opinion they are the absolute best warranty company. They are easy to work with and provide prompt and quality service.
Overall, I'm very happy with the company aside from my premium going up 33% from when I secured my policy less than 3 years ago.
