My microwave could not be repaired so I was able to order a new one. When the new one arrived, the installers brought the new one and installed it in one-half an hour and hauled off the old one. The were very professional. Excellent experience.

They usually take care of claims. They aren't the best but 1,000 times better than Choice Home Warranty.
