AHS did their part of the repair in a timely manner with with technicians that were both knowledgeable and efficient. Only delay was part availability. Part was backordered, this was no fault of any of the people involved in the actual repair (outside vendor).

It was very easy to sign up for AHS. I spoke to a rep over the phone and he answered all my questions. And I have found that it is fast & convenient to request service on-line. Once I have placed the service request, most repair companies contact me within a few hours to schedule an appointment. Both the repair company and AHS text me with a reminder on the day of service.
