Fast and easy process of claim. Great service
I have been using AHS for a few years now. Last year I changed to another warranty company due to cheaper rates and changed back to AHS within 3 months because the other company took too long to fix along with several no shows. Overall, AHS has come through on their promises to fix or replace appliances and usually within 2-3 days.
Scheduling is fast and easy. The work was completed in a reasonable timeframe and to my entire satisfaction.

I’ve put in 2 requests so far. I was contacted for the 1st on same day and someone was out to repair the problem the next day. Easy, peasy and the young man who came out was wonderful and very competent. The 2nd requests (for an unrelated problem) was on Sunday. I heard back from AHS the next morning and someone is scheduled to come out tomorrow. Easy process, quick reply and I’m loving it!!
