Scheduled quickly to repair damage. Arrived on time and found and fixed problem
I’ve had three service calls with American home shield and the first one he fix the problem, but did not do everything that AHS phone Rep said that he would do. Number two solved three out of the four problems with plumbing. And number three service came back and fix the fourth problem.
People have always been professional and they do exactly what they say they are going to do.
I never had a problem with the company, but exceptional service
Plumbing was excellent they fixed the problem. Still waiting for my Cooker to be fixed, the parts are waiting for the appliance guys to complete the job.
The service techs have always showed up on time. However, one recent problem was never solved by the initial plumber, the problem ended up not being with the tub, but primarily with the toilet; gases were escaping from the base of the toilet, as the customer I figured it out and called AHS again for another fee to come replace the wax ring. Problem resolved - - finally.
