Our refrigerator lost its cooling capability. The designated repairman was able to identify the identify the problem—a failed circuit board. While the part delivery was lengthy—over 10 days—the repairman did the replace the failed part and the refrigerator was successfully repaired.
Overall, the scheduling system worked well, and the service company responded very quickly. A follow-up service call was needed, and it was handled quickly and effectively.
